This year, the American National was held in Fontana Dam/North Carolina. Elsa, Lily and Delhia's mommy, won the MCOA Brood Bitch class, being accompanied by CH Firesides Asgard Major Connection (Terry Hudspeth, Jim Hudspeth, and Dena Drozdoff) and our pretty Lily, BIS AM CAN CH Fireside Something Beautiful!!

Oh, we have been so busy lately!
We have a lot of great news coming up at Abellio!
Let’s start with a nice one! Baby Delhia is now an American Champion!! She completed her Championship with 2 back-to-back Best of Breed, last week-end, in Michigan.
Of course, we are very proud of her!

Saturday, september 13, Delhia was shown at the Missouri Rhineland Kennel Club. She did very well, winning Best Of Winners, for a 3 points major!!




Delhia was shown at the Bluegrass Classic, in Lexington / Kentucky. Friday, August 29, she went Winners Bitch for a nice 2 points!!




July 20 2008 - We are back from a superb week-end with Delhia! At her 3rd time out, our pretty girl did two majors winning Best of Opposite Sex friday and sunday!!

We are back for the 2008 Mastiff Club of America National show, held in Crystal Lakes/Illinois!
We had a fantastic week! Delhia did 3rd place in the Futurities 12-18 and, Matt and Dena Drozdoff won the first place in the Breeders Cup (tie with Impressive) with our Lily's collaboration!!

We received a big award today (04-29-2008) by mail!
Our Lily (BIS Am.Can. CH Fireside’s Something Beautiful) received a Top Show Dog Award; she is #2 Mastiff in Canada for 2007 and #1 Mastiff Female in Canada for 2007.
We are sooooooo proud of her!


We have some very good news!!!
This week-end, on november 18, in Kemptville, Maddox & Lily both became Canadian Champions!!!!
On both days, Lily went Best Of Breed and Maddox went Best Of Opposite Sex!
Maddox did his Championship completely owner-handled and, special thanks to Myriam Ruel who handled Lily to her Canadian Championship (2 shows!)!
We are very very proud of them!

Saturday, september 22nd of 2007, our Lily girl did BEST IN SHOW at the Chomedey Kennel Club under judge Honey A. Glendinning!
Our girl was so tired that she layed down to take her picture the night of the BIS but, she did better the next morning!!

Sunday, July 29th 2007, Lily completes her American Championship with a 4 points major at the Waukesha Kennel Club / Winsoncin, under judge Mrs, Anne T Fleming!!  





Today, July 8 of 2007, Lily won WB in Dekalb/Illinois!! Yay!



Most of you already know it, Maddox is now a finalist at the Pet Idol Contest!
Yes, he made his way through several hundreds of other animals to win the first place in the Most Photogenic category!
Of course, his picture is really nice but, you also played an important role in his win!
Starting tomorrow morning, July 3rd - 10:00, his picture will be back on their site, along with the pictures of the 8 other winners of the other categories.
As of this moment, you will be able to vote 1 time per day by email address until July 19. Note that according to the new rules, they do not accept more than 20 email addresses by IP address!

On june 23 & 24, Lily has been shown in Valparaiso/Indiana.
Saturday, she did RWB at the Michiana Kennel Club, under judge Ms Christina Hubbell. 
Sunday, at the Berrien Kennel Club, under judge Robert Stein, she won WB for a 4 POINTS MAJOR!!!! What a week-end!

Last week-end, in Brôme, on june 9 and 10, Maddox did RWD on saturday and sunday!  Lily, on her side, did RWB sunday in Wheaton/Illinois!

Today,  may 26 of 2007, Lily did WB and BOS, at the Grand Rapids Kennel Club Show , in Kalamazoo/Michigan, under judge Mrs. Judy A. Doniere. We are very proud of her! 




This week-end, on may 19 & 20 of 2007, Lily did RWB both days at the Kokomo Kennel Club Show in Greentown/Indiana, under judges Mrs. Paula Nykiel and Mrs. Kathleen Steen!



On May 1-2-3-4-5-6 , Maddox & Lily will be presented at the 2007 Specialty of the Mastiff Club Of America, in Houston, Texas!! Delhia, on her side, will be with us to meet you all!
May 4th, 2007: Fantastic!!  Maddox wins 1st place in the Open Dog Apricot class!!!!

We are back from a fantastic trip in Illinois, during which we passed very enriching moments with Lily's breeders, Dena & Matthew Drozdoff! We were lucky to meet a multitude of interesting people and dogs and to be part of a mega American show of 30 mastiffs!
Maddox was so tired of his long trip, he made the party in the ring!! He did 2nd in his class, Sunday, the 17 at the Skokie Valley Kennel Club.
Lily, on her side, took part in a 5 days show; her results are as follows:
Starved Rock Kennel Club, December 13, 2006: 1st in her class, Winners Bitch and Best of Winners
Starved Rock Kennel Club, December 14, 2006: 1st in her class and Reserve Winners Bitch

This week-end, December 02 and 03 of 2006, after a few RWB, Lily had a fantastic week-end at the Kankakee Show in Illinois by doing Best Puppy in Breed, Winners Bitch, Best of Opposite and Best of Winners, both days!!!








Lily, being the youngest of all the competitors, did RWB today, November 16 2006, in Columbus/Ohio!! 





Maddox did BOB last friday (27-10-2006) in Blainville!

Maddox did BOB all the week-end in Quebec City and.... a Group 4th!

Maddox and Lily will be shown on November 17, 18 and 19, at the Ottawa Kennel Club show. Come meet us!

Maddox and Lily will be shown on October 27, 28 and 29, at the Club Canin Chomedey show in Blainville. Come meet us!

Maddox and Lily will be shown on October 20, 21 and 22, at the Mouvement Canin Québécois show in Quebec. Come meet us!

The Association Canine du Grand Montréal show that was supposed to be held on October 7, 8 and 9, is cancelled.

Maddox and Lily were to be shown on August 12 and 13 at the Société Canine Beauceronne Show in Ste-Marie de Beauce ... Unfortunately, we just learned that the 175 dogs limit was reached when we sent our entries so,  we will finally take a break during that week-end!

On August 5th, Maddox and Lily were shown at the Barrie Kennel and Obedience Club Show at Barrie in Ontario. We had a fantastic day even if we are tired of the 14 hours of travelling.
Maddox did 1st in his class & BOS.
Lily did first in her class, best puppy of the breed and RWB! Yay!

July 29 & 30, Maddox & Lily were shown at the Limestone City Obedience & Kennel Club Show at Kingston in Ontario. 
Maddox did second both days in his class and Lily did Best Junior Puppy both days! 


July 22 & 23, Maddox & Lily will be shown at the Kars Community Recreation Association Show at Kars in Ontario. Come meet us! 


On July 20 2006 - We just received the Cystinuria tests results. Maddox and Lily are tested Negative!


Today, June 22, it is Maddox's Birthday!!! Happy Birthday to our beautiful baby and to all his littermates!


On June 18, Maddox et Lily were shown at the Kingston & District Kennel Club Show at Kingston.
We had a superb day and won:
Lily - Best Junior Female Puppy
Maddox - Best Senior Male Puppy and Reserve Winners Dog!!
Bravo!


On May 28, Maddox did Best Puppy of Breed at the Ottawa Kennel Club Show in Richmond in Ontario. We are very proud of our baby!
